Senior Marketing and Sales Executive

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, Theatre Arts / Art Courses / CLA, English etc
  • Preferably candidate with marketing, Ads, and social media experience,  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Professional/Ethical behavior.
  • Innovative/ Analytical /Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver at the short notices.
  • Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
  • Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous.
  • Ability to promote the company’s product and service.
  •  Fluency in English is essential, bilingual is preferred
  •  Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information
  • Experience in a position where meeting sales goals was important indication of performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generate leads and prospects for the Company.
  • Make presentations and advertisements on Radio stations, T.V stations, and all online platforms to market and attract clients, prospects & leads on Companies products, businesses and services.
  • Initiate and close deals with clients, prospects and lead.
  • Generate and increase revenue for the business.
  • Attend conferences, seminars and trainings.
  • Work with team members to meet company’s sales and performance goals
  • Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
  • Following up on previous customers for potential sales
  • Maintaining records of customer contacts, accounts, and orders.
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
  •  Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
  •  Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
  •  Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations
  • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
  • Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy
  • Accurately document the customer’s personal information including phone number, address and other order information
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the item will add value to their lives and meet their needs
  • Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer’s needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes.

 

Salary Range – 60,000 – 80,000 Monthly.
