Ridwan bagged his Bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He is currently enrolled in the University of Lagos as he pursues an M.Sc degree in Operations Research (Business Analytics). At different times during his course of study and after, Ridwan has been inducted as a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM). He is a certified Associate Strategic Manager (ASM). Also, he is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (GCILRM). 

In 2018, he was inducted into the noble profession of Accounting when he became a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) – from which he has had a distinguishing career practicing. Ridwan is a resourceful individual with recognized technical expertise and experience in Audit & Assurance Services, Forensics and Financial Crime Investigations, Business and financial roles, and his remarkable know-how in rendering advice that triggers the development of corporate entities. He brings on board his skills in the areas of corporate finance, business, and financial advisory, strategic planning, operations, and project management. He is also a public speaker, writer, and a strong advocate of the green environment.
