Oladipo Oladele is a trained Chemical Engineer, with over 15 years of working experience and he has carved a niche for himself in Business Development, Marketing & Technical Operations, Business Strategy & Negotiations in three (3) different sectors namely the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Engineering and Construction Service Industry.

His career stints from top firms including, Shell Development Company (SPDC), Warri, where he started as a Pupil Engineer in 2002, Sahara Energy, MRS Oil Nigeria PLC (former Texaco Nigeria PLC) as Head Domestic Sales Portfolio for Aviation Business Group of the Company and later as Business Consultant to Sales & Marketing Department to boost sales of PMS, AGO and also to grow Commercial/Industrial Customers and Distributors for Lubes before he left in 2014.

In 2014, he joined PRIME Infra (a subsidiary of SWAP Group) as a member of Executive Management as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in charge of the following SBUs Power, Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Infrastructure Development in the Public sector. He left SWAP GROUP as Chief Operating Officer of SWAP Power & Services a subsidiary of SWAP Group.

He has also had stints at the CITA Group as Group Marketing Manager and Levene Energy, Ikoyi Head, Business Development for Levene Trading and Shefa Engineering where he superintended over the business development, marketing activity, increased sales volume, and profitability for the organization.
Currently, Oladipupo serves as the Head of Subsidiaries at Zylus Group International where he manages over 30 subsidiaries.

Oladipo is a humanitarian and has volunteered to support many causes. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), an Oracle Certified Professional. He has attended several local and international training.
